I am so happy for you...this is the best news I've seen posted in a long time...wow, freedom from pain and no meds...that's awesome!
Helen D. reminds us of the importance of the mind-body connection...it's great to see you success with this method. I saw a therapist yesterday who is getting me started down this path, and I'm excited about learning more cognitive ways to control pain.
