Oooh, yeah...I wish I had some answers for you. The best I can tell you is that you're not alone and most of us have our bellies hanging out as we sit here posting!
One thing I haven't tried that I am curious of is charcoal tablets. This is supposed to reduce excess gas...my concern with trying it is that it would be very drying, and I am already so constipated, I would be afraid it would only make that worse.
You didn't mention what kind of meds you are on, but I have noticed more bloating with my recent script for Oxycontin. In spite of all the bloating, be sure to drink lots and lots of water anyway.
