Dear Helen, I did exactly as told, and nothing came up. The computer went through "its thing" and said document done. I did this over and over again. Nothing. Do you think its my computer or the site is malfunctioning? Anyway, I'm awaiting my surgery and not a moment too soon, as I'm in acute pain most of the time (exagerating- maybe sometimes it's okay when I've taken a lot of meds.) How are you?
