I never have months of being pain free, although I have good weeks and bad weeks, but always am in pain, but I have some days that the pain can't even be controlled with the amount of pain medication that I am taking. The warm weather has helped lessen the pain some - winter months are horrible trying to deal with the pain.
Gosh, yesterday for Father's Day I actually got to go on a bike ride with my husband and children for about a 10 mile ride and didn't wake up today with any terrible pain today, but then somedays I can just do laundry and be doubled over in pain.
I wish I could say that there has been some wonderful breakthrough with this horrible disease as we'd all be jumping on the bandwagon - but no, we're all still sitting here waiting for that wonderful day.
