You'll probably get this from about a dozen of us in various forms.
When you go into the main IAS page, - http://www.adhesions.org - about 5 items down in the center of the page is a link to the Adhesions Quilt. Click on the link to go to the quilt, then click the link to "Add my name". Simple as that. Almost all of us have posted our stories, and quite a few of us have pics as well - mine is there, with my Significant Other and my step-son.
