This is the address for the message board and it is at the top of this window and most other windows in the site. http://www.adhesions.org/forums/index.htm. Book-mark this address for the future.
It is at the very top of the window on a "blue" bar. Click on the one that says "Adhesions Quilt" and it will pull up all of the stories that people have posted. You just click on a persons patch with their name and it will show their story and optional photo. They are listed alphabetically by first name.
To add your story click on "Add Name" on the upper right hand side. Answer all the questions and write your story then click "submit". There is an area near the bottom to up-load your photo if you want to. If you can't do it I can instruct you or do it for you, just let me know. If you have any problems let me know!
