I use an herbal blend laxative, and have to take 7times the normal dose, I have to use suppositories at the other end to have an actual bm.
My understanding of impacted is when your colon is full, from the sigmoid on up. In this case, I know I have had to use 2 fleets saline enemas...the relief is well worth the temporary discomfort.
