Hi, I lso had a TAH with everything gone except right ovary. I have a lot of bowel problems, pain, pulling, not being able to eat much, weight loss... you name it. Yes, it's most probably adhesions. I am to the point where it's all I can do to go to the toilet. No urge... loose stools, or ribbon thin, with feeling of not emptying. Yes, if the Drs. are experienced enough, they can go in and find and lyse adhesions, but there's no guarantee of them not re-forming, again. Hope this helps. Millie
