It does have detailed instructions.
You click on "edit my story" and it says:
"Please enter the password you selected when you added or last edited
for the Adhesions Quilt and the hit the submit button. If you can't
recall your password simply hit the submit button now."
So you don't know your password and hit the submit button leaving the
password field blank. Then it says:
Please select from one of the following options:
1) Mail password now to yourusername@yourisp.com
2) Try another password
3) Contact webmaster@adhesions.org for assistance.
Click the button on choice #1 and it sends the password to you
immediately. The email address it sends it to is the email address that
has been entered onto the quilt square. This is so somebody can't get
the password to somebodies elses entry.
If you don't know the password and the email address is not good or is
missing then you ahve to choose option #3 which sends an email to
webmaster@adhesions.org and one of us looks up the password.
