I'm sorry that I can't help you out with your question because the Equate
works well for me. What I do is take it at night before I go to bed and when
I get up and start walking around, I feel the need to visit the bathroom.
I know that some of the people here will help you with their remedies and I
pray that something does work for you, and soon.
