I've been refused adequate amount of pain relief, just enough to have pain relief for maybe 6 hours out of the 24 hour day.

You must be flying high right now on what I've prescribed to you.

Oxycontin 40mg 3x's a day. It isn't enough for this pain I have, just isn't enough. I also take (for the pain says my doctor) Topamaz 25mg 3x's a day. Nortriptyline 50mg 1x a day. (Topamax and Nortriptyline make me feel like a zombie and do nothing for the pain - nothing.

I'm out on disability. I'm unable to put in a full days work. Concentration is way off because of the devil pain. I have no children, just 3 cats and a husband. And even that is enough for me with taking care of the house and stuff like that. I can't make plans for the future, it's like "let me see how I feel that day"
