So glad to hear you had a good weekend.
I had a wonderful weekend as well, in spite of the pain. My parents were up for the weekend. They live about 150 miles away, so I don't get to see them often. They arrived up Thursday at suppertime and left this morning. I really enjoyed having them here, despite "camping out" in my Other Half's old house with no running water and low power while we renovate my mobile home and get ready to move into it, and despite the constant pain. I spent most evenings lying on the sofa.
I am in the same boat as you are - trying to get rested up for the 4th. We have an all-day family reunion to go to in Houlton on the 4th, so I will need all the strength I can muster to get through it.
