Dear Bobbi, I had a TAH with removal of the left ovary and tube in January. She also cut adhesions around the bowels. I was as much as told by her to find "whatever works " to help with the pain and the adhesions, which I know have returned. In other words, I was told that she could do no more for me. (the hyst was definitely NOT needed.) I went to the surgeon (general surgeon) who did another type of surgery on me. He wasn't too pleased that I went to him. He glanced at the surgical and pathology reports, and asked why she did it. Then he said to go back to her, since she knew what she did and what she saw. In other words, a lot of Drs. don't like to take on someone else's mess. It's an awful way for me to say it, but it's how we're made to feel. You are not alone with the pain and the aggravation, Bobbi. Millie
