I've only had one procedure where there was any lysis done, and that was the exploratory lap looking for endo where they actually found the adhesions. The surgeon did not lyse all of the adhesions, but did do some work. I had one week totally pain free, one week of limited pain, and then right back to square one and getting worse. That was 16 months ago, and I'm still fighting for a second procedure.
