Bobbi Yates-I certainly can sympathize with you. The best mix for the fleet phoso soda is to use 7-up with it instead of water. Because the phosa soda is so salty and and the 7-up is sweet and lemon/lime, it is much easier to get it down. You may want to take some anti nausea med if you need it like Pheneghan. I've tried koolaid and that's terrible. The 7-up has been the best for me. I've had the prep several times.

I have to have the surgery for adhesion removal # 8 in the morning and am having to do the bowel prep thing all day today and I need to know if any of ya'll have any suggestions as how to get the Fleet's Phospho-Soda down.
