Didn't the lax give you diarrhea? milk of mag gave me diarrhea, they told me it was the gentlest...I ended up on pepto after that. What confuses me about this is the tightening in the abs...the pain under the ribs and the pulsating pain on my left side. I didn't feel these things till a few days ago. Why is that pain so high up? and in different locale from where the adhesion was cut...it is higer up...but on the same side? My PCP said to increase fiber to regulate me...I took in 21 gms. today and am bloated more than before...and the pain is worse. I've been trying to do stretches hoping to stretch out the scar tissue so, it'll stay loose...just, in case...Jean I read your story on the quilt....you are quite a survivor. Love.
