I have to agree with Janet. First off, I think this was a very simple misunderstanding....perhaps you are having a very bad day...the pain is out of control..whatever. We have to sit down and think about our actions before we jump into things that might explode in our faces.
Helen D. is an absolute sweetheart. I am sure there are many times when while doing her best to assist us, she finds it necessary to handle things as quickly as possible. Often this may come across as cold and uncaring....but I guarantee you that this is not the case....it is just a matter of having so many things to do and very little time to do it in. I have been having this same problem with a friend of mine who is not on this list. I am finding myself explaining to this friend that I am not angry or upset. When I look back to find out why this person would form this opinion I find that the only thing it could be is misinterpreting my very brief messages into something cold and uncaring. I hope they understand that I am doing my best and hold no ill feelings towards them as I am sure Helen holds none towards you. Hope this helps you understand.
