I took it as Helen D.as when I thought for a second and went umm... she has to mean Helen D., I didn't do nothin'. I understand completely that yes, we do have to use initials, and Colette, Helen D. is as sweet and kind as they come, so she did not mean to insult you or cause you any mental pain, we all know that you are in enough already.
