Senna

Dear Marianne,

Senna is an herbal laxative. Traditional Medicinals makes a tea called "Smooth Move", or you can get senna tablets/capsules. I alternate between the tea and capsules(I don't really know why...maybe just to make life more interesting). I sometimes get loose stool, sometimes have to use suppositories additionally just to get things going.

If you try the senna, be careful at first, it can cause some severe cramping. I don't eat much solid food...the most solid being something like rice, bread or olives.

Hope this helps,

Love,

Janet
