Once again Helen D, our hats off to you & the hard work you put into this site! I now realize that I live in an 7-8 pain level daily. Then sometimes, my pain is out of control. Usually 1-2 times a week, my pain meds work for only 2 hours at a time. & still don't work that well. Sometimes, I call my pharmasist (I have personally known for about 20 years) & ask him for advice on controling my pain. He has been a big help in that department & has also encouraged me to seek stronger meds when I was in severe pain. Thanks again, Robin
