Dear Maureen, Welcome to the adhesion site. You have come to the right place. There are many wonderful people who can give you information to begin to take charge of your life as much as possible. The bad news is that there is no miracle cure, but we are here for you so, please look at the adhesion quilt, add your story, look up in the archives for information on adhesions, and don't let it throw you if one of us is having a PMS day or something like that. We all love each other. Take care and talk to you again, Sally Grigg
