I found an organic microwavable heating pad (filled with natural grains)...best of all it provides moist heat. It molds to me and feels so good...don't have to worry about burns, cords, automatic switch off, falling asleep...the list goes on. It feels like the heat really penetrates alot more than with a heating pad. I mean before my last surgery, my skin was totally scortched...4 months later now, and I'm still kinda splotchy. It never felt like the heat went deep enough though...this is really, really so much better, I had to share it with you.
I only have to microwave it for 1-2 min, and it stays hot enough for 30-45 min.
