Dear Tracy,

I'm glad you found us. I'm sure Tracy will respond as soon as she is able. It sounds like your daughter needs to get in to see a doc before Oct., I don't know how thigs work in Canada, it sounds like she needs more immediate attention though. I wish there were something more I could do.

Big hug,

Janet

> Dear Robin, HELP!!! I have a ten tear old girl who has not been to
school since March 2001, because of her slow moving bowels! It is now July 2001 and we have finally gotten an appointment at Children,s Hospital in Vancouver,B.C. for October 4, which is one day before her 11th b-day. She is in so much pain and is getting quite depressed because of her inability to do the things that other kids are doing! The pain keeps her in bed at times and she cries lots! The doctors have given her so many stimulants and I swear that made things worse! When I took her off, the cramps lessened, but she only goes POOP once a week. At one time she was taking 10 tbls of Lactulose a day! They have tried getting her to drink PEGLYTE(4 litres!), but she threw that up and so they tried to sedate her and feed a tube up her nose to get the PEGLYTE in her, but she freaked out and the ended up doing nothing, but make her nose bleed! I am scared for her future and would really appreciate it if you coul! > d give me some advice. Thank-you so much! Yours Truly, Tracy Jaster
