Thanks Janet. I called my GP to tell him they authorized me to see the wrong
doctor and he said I have to call the "authorization people" my self to
complain and hopefully persuade them to change their minds and let me see
this other doctor. If that doesn't work I will have my husband call them, he
sounds much more scary than I do. :)
