Lesa,
Just have it scan all email attachments.
Also "Schedule" FULL system scans to run every day, once a day, at whatever time period you know you definitely won't be using it every day (of "ALL" files, not just program files).
Don't forget to update dat files!!
If you need instructions for any of this I have posted all instructions within 3 different posts (updating, scheduling & email attachment scanning).

Thanks for the info Jean. I keep my computer on all the time usually and my
virus program only goes through once at start up, I'd better change my
options and have it scan throughout the day or something.
