I am a Mom too! I have been reduced to filling ice trays & doing laundry. If I do too much, it is back to bed for me, although, I am never carried! LOL My husband does most of the cooking & the kids do the rest. I also can't do the dishes, any more, I have trouble standing for very long. My mother in law, who normally does NOTHING for my family is at least going to cook a couple of meals for them while I am having surgery & being in the hospital. I even debated about telling her about it, but I figured she would cook for them while I am out of the picture. I told her that her son would appreciate it, since after working all day he wouldn't have to cook when he came home. She just doesn't really think he does most everything done around the house. Our 2 kids that are at home are teenagers, they don't do anything they don't have to! LOL love robin
