I've been treating myself to Thai curry or coconut curry sauces. My stomach doesn't tolerate fruit or vegetables...they come back up...maybe steamed broccoli or carrots, that's about it, if anything has a skin, forget it.
I'm not a doc, so I have no right to say this....but get off that Metamucil!!!...it is likely making your problems a zillion times worse, it did for me anyway.
