Dear Cindy, you have come to the right place. We are all suffering from
adhesions. Please go to the adhesions site, http://www.adesions.org and look at the
quilt. Please feel free to add your story and do research. If you look back at
the old e-mails, look at some from Helen Dydna and Beverly. There is a wealth
of information there. I'm glad you found us. We neeed to stick together. With
