Marianne, Considering removing the claw to see how much relief I get, and then again considering a second opinion. I am also considering waiting a bit longer since I have had a little relief lately and see if it gets any better. He did say the pain could possibly get better or go away on it's own but it will take a long time. Heck, I thought 1 1/2 years was already a long time not to walk and have the pain. I have waited so long already........alot to think about when I have time (LOL)! If I don't want to think about it I just keep working. JEAN

You're long trip didn't sound too successful, Jean. I hope it didn't dampen your spirits too much. Are you considering the surgery to remove that plastic claw? How is it that they can clone, and make women look like barbie dolls...but, they can't figure out technology for reconstructive surgery on your hip. Why can't they clone muscles?! (What a dreamer I am, huh?) At times technology makes you go wow! Can you believe that?! and then there's the times you go....."HHHHHUUUUUHHHHH". I hope you get settled back in and eventually get some much needed rest. Love, Marianne --- Jean Long <creative@enter.net> wrote: > We just got back around 5:00 today (Tuesday) and I
