Thanks Sweet Marianne for the information. I'll try the hot and cold shower.
I did have the heating pad on this weekend. PHEW hot, hot, hot. At least I
have an air conditioner in my bedroom which helped me tolerate the heating
pad. I still had some sweat beebee's running down my forehead. That's ok,
McGraw licked my face up.........tee hee
