Dear Leighsa, Wow, it sounds like you've had a hard time of it, I'm so very sorry about your twins. You have my deepest sympathy. I don't know if an ultrasound could give you adhesions, but if you were already bleeding and already vulnerable, maybe? I don't think you could prove it though. Have you thought of asking for pain medication for your pain both before and after your operation. I know that there were some good posts from Helen Dynda in the archives (http://www.adhesions.org) on different pain meds. They should give you what you want and you could do research before hand so you know what you want. Write back and we'll be here. And as a further note, please look around for the very best doctor and try to have a laproscopic procedure not a full open cut. Someone on the board may be able to help find you a doctor.
