There exists a product made by HEALTH PLUS, INC out of Chino, CA. (800-822-6225) called, "Super Colon Cleanse" that I have used for years to combat the effects of the adhesions interferring with normal bowel function. It is a remarkably good product and quite effective, though I've had to resort to taking as many as ten capsules a day. At least, it isn't a habit forming laxative that can create it's own problems! Hope you find it helpful. Karen
