Dear Helen D. I've had a complete hysterectomy, and didn't take
estrogen for a long time, four years, because my husband thought it
might be causing the adhesions to grow. I'm back on the patch now, but
only estrogen; in your opinion and I know you are not a doctor, would
you recommend an estrogen/progesterone combination? Thanks you for your
