Janet,

I really only tried the breathing and stretching exercises last night. I can see that they will have some benefit. I may buy a beginner's tape so that I can practice at home since the class is only one day a week.

I've already had a lecture from my doctor and my counselor about pacing myself. I guess I do push too hard at times and am hoping the yoga will help with that also!
