I used Triphala and had success with it when my adhesions/symptoms started coming back after this last surgery. It is also a good tonic for the liver, so sometimes I still take it, however it is no longer strong enough to help me with constipation...senna is what works the best for me.

I have a nurse friend who spoke with the Oxycontin rep at her hospital about this(adhesions/costipation). She said that the same makers of Oxycontin has developed a new product that is senna combined with colace...he gave her a couple boxes of samples to give to me to try(I will get them early next week), so I will play guinea pig here and let you all know how I do with it.
