I haven't used the Vivelle Dot, but I've used regular Vivelle in a variety of strengths since my hysterectomy. It isn't very big. I think the lowest dose is .0375. Anyway, the regular one also sticks through anything. Well, at least a week in Hawaii when I was in the water more than out of it. Also throught hot baths of any duration. Good luck. Ellen
