Bobbi, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to release adhesions in this way!!
SURGERY IS THE ONLY ONE WAY TO RELEASE ADHESIONS; BUT NO SURGEON CAN
GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL BE ADHESION-FREE and thus pain-free!!!!
It is apparent that this doctor either DOES NOT know the reality of
adhesions or he is deceiving you. I strongly suggest that you find a
doctor who is knowledgeable about adhesions.
