Thank you for such a pretty email! I'm even more frustrated today as my
insurance company provider has denied me seeing Dr. Anapoell (the doctor I
have been seeing). My husband is coming to the rescue again and was on the
phone most of the morning with our agent and tomorrow they are going to
conference call Blue Cross directly. Hopefully they can work it all out. My
husband is much more "gruff" than I am and sometimes with insurance companies
"gruff" is a good thing. I'll let you know what happens.
