I am not a medical professional, but my personal opinion is that yes, you have adhesions. Your story sounds almost like a carbon copy of mine on the quilt.
Read through the links on the IAS website, educate yourself, check out the stories on the Adhesions Quilt, add your own, and then you will know what you may be up against. Print out any information you think may be helpful in dealing with your doctors, and try to get him/her to talk with you about what they see as your options.
