Jo,

I can only hope and pray that others do the same. Thanks to you and to the others for their messages of support. I am praying that I hear good things on Tuesday....it will be a tough enough day as it is. I just realized yesterday that Tuesday is what would have been Brayden's first birthday. I really don't know how I can go down to Milwaukee and leave my daughter. She has indicated at one time, however, that she wanted to spend the day alone. I just may end up calling and changing the appointment though...unless I can get her to come with.

Dear Karla

Thank you for your honesty, I have read all of your posts since stumbling across this board in February. I have always understood your desire to educate us on the dangers of blindly accepting surgery as a cure for our pain. I was heading down that road myself, but thanks to you and many others who have honestly shared their experiences and pain, I have changed paths and am heading in a safer direction.

My hugs, love and messages to you Karla are not about sympathy, they are about support, friendship, love & understanding. I pray Karla that you are able to have this surgery to save your life, you have a daughter and 2 grandchildren who need you around for a little longer.

Love and many warm gentle hugs to you

Jo (Australia)
