Patty, Sorry you are in pain. My pain problems seemed to escalate after my hyst, so never even got a pain free day from all that mess cleaned up. As for the CT and adhesions, its quite possible they won't see anything unless there is a large cluster or twist or something. There are a couple of treatments you can try for the adhesions before surgery some work some don't. Trigger injections and Myofascial are two of them. But at the same point its good that your doctor is willing to try and take care of the adhesion problem many don't. Hugs Kim
