No I haven't heard of vascular pain, but my surgeons did try to tell me that my right-sided rib pain was anything but adhesions; i.e., nerve damage, emphesema (not), gallbladder problems - anything but adhesions. I feel its just a cop-out, they missed them and they're going to try to find any excuse they can that they didn't do such a great job.
