Lesa, Yes they are its like the calf is in a full spasm, it got a little better today, but I am still limping with that leg and even my foot feels funny. I asked the PT therapist she wasn't my normal one, but she said it could be nutrional too. She looked at my calf to make sure it wasn't a blood clot, no red or swollen just painful.

Kim,
Is your calf pain like a cramp? If so, you may need more calcium. My Mom used to wake up with such bad cramps in her calves she couldn't even stand.
