1. I take one dose of methadone syrup
plus Sevredol (Morphine sulphate)
And I take Codeine phosphate and paracetemol for break through pain.
2. Methadone = 7 mg
Sevredol = 40 mg (2 x 20 mg tablets)
Codeine = 90 mg (3 x 30 mg tablets)
3. Methadone I take once a day
Sevredol every 4 hours
4. The Methadone has been prescribed by my Pain Specialist
The Sevredol has been prescribed by my General Physician
5. I take Codeine phos and 2 paracetemol for break through pain
6. If I get pain in between the 4 hourly Sevredol - and it makes me
feel very
uncomfortable and I can't relax, and it does not seem to go away
