I'm sorry that you're feeling so awful - I know it is hard to stay positive when you're feeling so much pain.
I've started a pain diary, and I'm recording everything I'm going thru, what I'm eating, my pain scores, etc, I'm also writing down 3 things that made me smile that day, and three things that I'm grateful for. And for some reason, when I'm feeling just awful and I don't want to get out of bed - because like you I spend a lot of my time in bed too - it just makes me feel a little bit brighter.
Sometimes I go weeks without listening to music, which is stupid of me - because music also cheers me up.
I wish I could help you, but all I can say is that you are not alone. I used to feel very alone, but not since I've found you guys!
