Stacy, Hi and welcome. Yes I have done Myofascial release. I have done two different sessions of this. I just completed 6 weeks of myofascial release, I did not get any relief from it, they believe most likely the adhesion damage is far too extent to bring any relief. Are you going for this treatment??

As for food yes, its primarily caused from foods that produce gas and when those gas bubbles hit adhesion areas major pain. I have a real problem with gas building up, often times my stomach swells to the point where I look about 5 months pregnant, and the pain is so intense I can't stand it..Hope this helped Kimmi
