Massage therapy will not help with adhesions, although it might feel good & help relax you. I had been the physical therapy a few times at different places. One place did some massage therapy. They were hoping to "break up" the adhesions. I don't think that part did any good. I think, remember, this is just what I think, if the adhesions tear, I think it would cause more adhesions to form. The physical therapy did help with mobility & helped me feel mentally better because of the exercise. Robin
