Dear Helen,

Best wishes for a safe and happy trip to Germany and all the positive vibes are beaming there way there too for a successful surgery for you. I hope that the surgery & barrier proves to be everything you are hoping for. Just remember to take it easy when you get back home & don't jump straight back into your busy workload here on the board. Give yourself the time and rest you need and deserve. We will look after everything here, and do our best to help all those who post messages and questions while you are away.
