I reckon we need Eric Brockovitch on our side!  LOL  I reckon that gal would be 1st class at helping us get all the information we need.  I just loved that movie & I admire people like her with more guts and determination than people who "think they have".... get me a contact address for that law firm & I'll happily wite a letter!
