Dear Tanya,

Yes!  I do have a problem with sitting for long periods of time, and yes it can be relieved by me standing up, but I have residual pain which can last for many hours later.  It has gotten to the point for me that my father-in-law has made me a desk to use while I recline in bed so that I can continue to work on my laptop.

I will send a longer email to you in the next few days, at the moment I am very busy building a website with a friend and doing a few other things.  Your pain around the ovary and back is familiar to me.  I had mine removed last April, and yes I think I kinda regret it.  I will explain next time we talk.

Love & hugs

Jo(Australia)
